The change of effective refractive index, birefringence and the Confinement loss are analyzed by changing the parameters of photonic crystal fiber core size, air hole spacing and number. The results show that the designed birefringence of the optical fiber mode reaches 10-2 orders of magnitude and the limit loss can be controlled at 10-7 order by changing the structural parameters of the optical fiber, which lays the foundation for the practical application of optical fiber communication.%通过改变光子晶体光纤纤芯大小、空气孔间距、空气孔层数等参数,分析其有效折射率、双折射度的变化情况及参数变化对限制损耗的影响.实验结果表明,通过改变光纤的结构参数,设计的光纤模式双折射度达到10-2量级,限制损耗可控制在10-7量级,对高速长距离光纤通信的实际应用奠定了基础.
