香港医院管理局组织架构与管理特色

摘要

多年来香港医院管理局为700多万香港市民提供高质量、高福利、低收费的医疗服务,使香港市民的健康指数居世界前列. 介绍香港医管局成立的背景、医管局现时的管理架构及其所取得的成就,以期对我国内地医疗保障体制改革有一定的借鉴意义.%For years, Hong Kong Hospital Authority has provided 7 million Hong Kong Citizens with medical service of high quality,high welfare,and low charge,which contributes to HK citizens' health index ranking the front in the world. The authors introduced HA' s background,its present management structure and the achievement,to provide ref-erence for the reform on medical health system on Chinese mainland.
