In order to apply Web Service to express delivery management system and give full play to its interoperability between heterogeneous systems, a solution of multilayer general express delivery management system was designed and implemented by an approach of layering the representation function and business functions of the system. Soap interfaces of the express delivery management system can not only be used by customers, but also is applied to the communication between internal layers in the system. The scheme which has been realized in a logistics company can carry out more than 80 % business of the company (the data comes from statistics). The scheme has the characteristics of clear structure, robust extensibility, customization and second development, etc.%为了将Web Service技术应用于快递管理系统,充分发挥其在异构系统间的可互操作性,采用将系统的表示功能和业务功能分层的方法,设计并实现了一个多层、通用的快递管理系统解决方案.该方案不仅面向客户开放soap接口,系统内部的各层之间也利用soap接口通信.该方案在某物流公司试运行,经统计可以承载该公司80％以上的业务,具有结构清晰,扩展性强,易客户定制化及二次开发等特点.
