基于模糊控制纸张抗张试验机调速系统设计

     

摘要

纸张抗张试验机是检测纸张抗张强度和拉伸率的材料力学设备.为了能使试验机具有更加精确的调速系统,在控制策略上将模糊控制技术与PID有效结合,设计出基于模糊PID控制器的双闭环直流调速系统.通过Matlab仿真实验与常规PID控制器进行比较,模糊PID控制器的仿真结果要明显优越于常规PID控制,其响应速度、鲁棒性、稳态精度等均达到预期效果.%Paper tensile testing machine is material mechanics equipment which can test paper tensile strength and tensile rate. In order to enable test machine has a more precise speed regulation system, combining the fuzzy control technology and PID effectively in the control strategies and designing the double loop dc speed control system by fuzzy PID controller, through simulation of Matlab fuzzy PID controller compared with the conventional PID controller, the simulation results of fuzzy PID controller is superior than the conventional PID control, the response speed, robustness, and steady precision are all up to the expected effect.
