图像定位在激光调阻机中的应用

         

摘要

Image positioning can more precisely and efficiently position the laser at the starting point of adjustment, and make the application of the laser trimming system more reliable and accurate. The system can get the image intensity parameters through a image grabber. The gray-based matching algorithm and matching positioning method of twelve points are adopted to get the coordinate of the anchor points. The coordinate difference can be got by matching the captured single frame with the tem-plate picture through the VB programming algorithm. And then the coordinate difference can be compensated to the laser trim-ming positioning. The system has been applied to laser trimming system.%采用图像定位,可以更加精确、有效地将激光定位在调整的开始点,使激光调阻多功能控制器使用起来可靠性好、精度高.通过图像采集卡,获得图像的灰度参数.采用灰度的匹配算法和12点匹配定位法得到定位点坐标.通过VB编程实现算法,使抓取的单帧与模板图片进行匹配,得到坐标差,然后将该坐标差补偿到激光调阻定位中.该系统已经应用到激光调阻机中.
