一种高压电柜红外测温报警系统的研究与实现

摘要

In power system,high⁃voltage electric cabinet is an important control and protection equipment. To improve se⁃curity and reliability of the equipment operation,enhance the equipment operation and management level,reduce waste of un⁃necessary energy losses,manpower and material resources caused by power⁃off maintenance,the online temperature measure⁃ment and alarm system was developed. The online temperature measurement and alarm are realized with the detected tempera⁃ture by infrared sensor,and the temperature is determined by receiving infrared radiation which sent by the measured object. Currently the system is in operation with good effect. The prospective requirements were achieved.%电力系统中，高压电柜是重要的控制和保护设备。为了提高设备运行的安全性、可靠性，提高设备运行管理水平，降低因停电检修而造成的不必要的电能损失和人力、物力上的浪费，研制出了在线测温报警系统。通过红外传感器探测温度实现在线测温报警，通过接收被测目标发出的红外辐射来确定其温度。目前，系统已经正式投入运行，效果良好，达到了预期的要求。
