On the basis of analyzing the thermo-acoustic conversion principle of thermo-acoustic refrigerating device,the structure parameters of main components of the miniature thermo-acoustic refrigerator were designed and calculated to determine a system structure of thermo-acoustic refrigerator driven by the magnetostrictive transducer. The hydrodynamics of the mentioned system is analyzed with ANSYS software. The results show that,under the given boundary condition,the thermo-acoustic effect is generated in the stack,and the temperature is dropped significantly from the hot end to the cold end. The feasibility of the re-frigerator structure was verified with the experiment,which provides the foundation for further optimization design of thermo-acoustic refrigerator driven by magnetostrictive transducer.%在分析热声制冷装置热声转换原理的基础上,对微型热声制冷机主要零部件的结构参数进行设计和计算,确定了一种以磁致伸缩换能器驱动的热声制冷机系统结构.用ANSYS软件对所述系统进行流体动力学分析.实验结果表明,该系统在给定的边界条件下,板叠内部产生热声效应,从热端到冷端有明显的温降.通过实验验证了所得制冷机结构的可行性,为微型磁致伸缩换能器热声制冷机进一步优化设计提供了基础.
