动压陀螺马达力矩测量系统的设计

     

摘要

以工控机、马达力矩测量平台、数据采集卡为核心,设计了一种新型动压陀螺马达力矩测量系统,能够实时动态地对加速度计(陀螺)动压马达启动时的静摩擦转矩及运转时动摩擦转矩进行精确测量.同时,基于LabVIEW软件平台完成了系统软件设计,实现了动压陀螺马达力矩、转速、电流、电压等数据的实时采集及实时曲线显示.该系统可实现对马达性能的实时监控,完成无人值守的自动化测试.%A new torque measuring system of the dynamic pressure gyro motor was designed by taking the industrial personal computer,motor torque measuring platform and data acquisition card as the cores,which can accurately measure the static fric-tion torque when the dynamic pressure gyro motor is started in real time,and the dynamic friction torque when the dynamic pres-sure gyro motor is running in real time. The system software was designed on the basis of LabVIEW software platform to realize the real-time acquisition and curve display of the torque,rotate speed,current,voltage and other data of the dynamic pressure gyro motor. The system can monitor the performance of the motor in real time,and accomplish the unattended automatic test.
