目的：进一步研究采用超声引导下麦默通微创切除术治疗方法与传统开放手术治疗方法的比较优势，从而为临床实践提供借鉴。方法选取2010年12月～2012年12月我院收治的100例乳腺良性肿块患者为研究对象，按照患者实施手术治疗方法的不同进行分组，分成试验组和对照组各50例，观察比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口愈合时间和术后的病理检查结果。结果两组患者采用不同手术方法后，试验组患者的手术时间、出血量和切口愈合时间三项指标水平均显著地优于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗乳腺良性肿块的实践过程中，与传统开放手术治疗方法相比较采用超声引导下麦默通微创切除术治疗方法的临床效果显著，在手术时间、患者出血量和切口愈合时间等方面表现优异，是临床治疗乳腺良性肿块的可靠选择。%Objective To further study the comparative advantage by ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery treatment and traditional open operation treatment, so as to provide a refer-ence for clinical practice.Methods 100 cases of benign breast tumor patients during the period from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were chosen as the research object. In accordance with the implementation of operation treatment of patients of different groups, they were divided into the experiment group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The operation time, bleeding pathology results time and postoperative healing rate, incision of the two groups were compared. Results After different operation methods in the two groups, compared in the three indexes between groups in the op-eration time, amount of bleeding and wound healing time, three indexes of test group were significantly better than control group patients, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In clinical practice for treatment of benign breast tumors, compared with the traditional open operation treatment of the clinical effect of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery treatment is significant, and it is with outstanding performance in the operation time, bleeding volume and incision healing, is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of benign breast masses.
