Objective Evaluation of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with severe stenosis of uni-lateral internal carotid artery by transcranial Doppler combined with MR perfusion imaging.Meth-ods In our hospital in January 2012 to 2015 to January of unilateral carotid artery severe steno-sis of 30 cases of patients,according to the clinical manifestation is divided into asymptomatic group and symptom group,another will be 20 cases of healthy persons as control group,transcra-nial Doppler(TCD) combined with MR perfusion imaging of the three groups,compared the hemo-dynamic parameters.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05),and the average passage time and peak time of symptoms group (P<0.05),and the symptom group (P<0.05),and the symptoms of cerebral blood flow were lower than other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions TCD combined with MR perfusion imaging of unilateral carotid artery severe stenosis patients for diagnostic assessment and the result has good consistency,provides a more accurate,comprehensive evaluation results,for subsequent clinical treatment provides a reliable scientific basis.%目的 经颅多普勒联合MR灌注成像对单侧颈内动脉重度狭窄患者脑血流动力学的评价.方法 选取我院2012年1月~2015年1月收治的单侧颈内动脉重度狭窄患者30例,根据临床表现分为无症状组和症状组,另将20例体检健康者作为对照组,对3组进行经颅多普勒联合MR灌注成像检查,比较血流动力学参数.结果 无症状组和症状组的患侧大脑中动脉搏动指数以及平均血流速度均低于对照组(P<0.05),且症状组的患侧大脑中动脉平均血流速度低于无症状组(P<0.05),大脑中动脉搏动指数两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);无症状组和症状组的平均通过时间和达峰时间较对照组延长(P<0.05),且症状组的患侧脑血流量较其他两组低(P<0.05).结论 采用经颅多普勒联合MR灌注成像对单侧颈内动脉重度狭窄患者进行诊断评估其结果具有良好的一致性,提供了更为准确、全面地的评估结果,为后续临床治疗提供了可靠的科学依据.
