个性化饮食处方对初发糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

摘要

目的探讨个性化饮食处方对初发糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2015年5月收治的100例初发糖尿病患者，随机分为个性化饮食处方组和对照组，每组50例，其中对照组采用常规饮食健康宣教的方法，个性化饮食处方组由具有营养师资格的糖尿病专科护士根据患者身高、体重、活动情况等行个性化饮食处方，教授并引导患者合理应用食物交换份及食物血糖生成指数，随时根据血糖情况及时调整饮食餐次、饮食的量及饮食的品种。观察两组干预前、干预后1、6个月后的生化指标。结果个性化饮食处方组与对照组经过干预后，空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖，糖化血红蛋白，在干预后第1月，第6月均较治疗前有显著改善，且个性化饮食处方组的效果显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初发糖尿病患者给予合理的个性饮食处方，可改善患者血糖认知，实现血糖合理控制，应用效果显著，值得推广。%Objective To explore the effect of individualized diet prescription on blood glucose control of incipient diabetic patients.Methods 100 cases ofincipient diabetic patients from February 2015 to June 2015 were randomly assigned to two groups:individualized diet prescription group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was applied to regular diet health education methods,while individualized diet prescription group was applied to personalized diet prescription,which was made by diabetes specialist nurses with nutritionist qualification according to patients’height,weight,activity and et al.Professorsled patients to apply exchangeable food portion and glycemic index reasonably,and adjusted diet or diet varietiesat any time according to blood glucose.The biochemical indexes of the two groups before the interventionand after the first month and after thesixthmonth were observed.Results Both groups after the intervention about fasting blood glucose,hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobinin the first month and sixth month were significantlyimprovedthan before and personalized prescription diet group was better than control group.There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized diet prescription was applied to blood glucose control of incipient diabetic patients,which can improve the blood glucose,make them improvethe acknowledgeof blood sugar.So the effectis remarkable and worth promoting.
