无源雷达战斗操作模拟训练考核评估方法

摘要

针对无源雷达模拟训练的战斗操作训练效果的考核评估问题,提出了一种定性和定量相结合的评分量化方法.依据战斗操作考核评估准则和要求,构建了包括情报处置、战斗操作等的评估指标体系,基于3类不同机制的考核评估方法,提出了无源雷达战斗操作考核评估实施流程,并设计了基于效用函数的评估指标解算模型,以及人工评判的量化标准和评估综合、统计方法,为战斗操作训练效果的考核评估提供了方法手段.最后给出了一个应用实例,验证了方法的有效性.%According to combat operation evaluation of passive radar simulation training,a qualitative and quantitative scoring quantification method is proposed.In accordance with norms and requirements of combat operation evaluation,the evaluation index system is structured,which includes intelligence disposal and combat and so on.Based on three different mechanism evaluations,the passive radar combat operation evaluation flow is proposed,and evaluation indicators solution model-based utility function and artificial judgment quantitative criteria are designed,which provide means for combat operation evaluation.An application example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
