基于B／S模式的3G穿戴式音视频远程在线监控系统

With the development of 3G network and the increasingly mature of video monitoring, the use of 3G network real-time monitoring become a trend. So develops a set of B/S model of remote online monitoring system, the system uses 3G network to transmit real-time audio and video data, and use the improved H.264 video compression optimization algorithm to complete video compression coding,the self developed SDK (protocol interface driver library) to write system software, really realizes the distributed real-time monitofin~ of croas-nlatform.%随着3G网络的发展和视频监控的日益成熟，使用3G网络进行实时监控成为一种趋势．据此设计开发一套B／S模式的远程在线监控系统．系统中利用3G网络传输实时音视频数据，使用改进的H．264视频压缩优化算法实现视频压缩编码．自行开发的SDK（协议接口驱动库）编写系统软件，真aY-实现跨平台分布式的实时监控。
