目的 探讨银荷漱口液在治疗口腔溃疡中的应用方法和效果.方法 将80例口腔溃疡患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组实施常规口腔护理,实验组采用银荷漱口液实施口腔护理和超声雾化治疗.观察两组患者口腔溃疡治疗效果.结果 对照组治疗总有效率为62.5％,实验组为87.5％,两组比较,x2=8.014,P＜ 0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 采用银荷漱口液治疗口腔溃疡具有较好的疗效,值得临床应用和推广.%Objective To explore the effect of Yinhe collutory on oral ulcers. Methods 80 patients with oral ulcers from qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and internal over-humid heat were randomized evenly into control group and experimental group, the former received routine oral care for 5 days and the latter oral care by Yinhe collutory and ultrasonic nebulization of Yihe collutory. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiveness of the control group and the experimental group was 62.5% and 87.5%, respectively. There was significant difference between them statistically (x2 = 8.014, P < 0.05). Conclusion The oral care with Yinhe collutory and ultrasonic nebulization of Yihe collutory is more effective in the treatment of oral ulcers.
