目的 总结围产期爱心护理服务模式对提高孕产妇护理质量的影响.方法 选择2009年1～12月在本院产科待产的300例孕产妇为对照组,选择2010年1～12月300例孕产妇为实验组,对照组接受常规围产期护理,实验组接受围产期爱心护理服务模式,比较两组孕产妇剖宫产率、产后并发症以及对护理工作满意度的差异.结果 实验组剖宫产率和产后并发症发生率低于对照组,对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).结论 围产期爱心服务模式有利于降低剖宫产率及产后并发症,提高孕产妇的满意度,从而提高孕产妇的护理质量.%Objective To explore the effect of peripartum considerate nursing service on the nursing quality to pregnant women and puerperants. Methods 300 pregnant women and puerperants during January to December 2009 were assigned into the control group and received routine peripartum nursing on the mode of one-to-one assisting delivery mode. Another 300 during January to December 2009 were assigned into the experimental group, receiving peripartum considerate nursing service. The two groups were compared in view of C-sect rate, neonate Apgar score, postoperative complications and satisfaction. Results The C-sect rate and postpartum complication rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the neonate Apgar score and the satisfaction rate to nursing service was higher than those of the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusions Peripartum considerate service is good to lower the rates of C-sect and postoperative complications. It can help to increase the satisfaction degree and so enhance the nursing quality.
