自行研发封闭式负压引流装置对难愈性伤口的治疗及护理

         

摘要

目的 探讨自行研发的封闭式负压引流(vacuum assisted closuRe,VAC)在难愈性伤口中的治疗效果.方法 选择2006年9月-2008年5月本院骨科收治的35例患者为对照组,选择2008年6月-2010年12月35例患者为实验组.对照组采用安尔碘湿敷常规换药治疗创面,实验组采用本院自行研制的VAC治疗创面,比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标.结果 实验组疗效优于对照组,伤口平均治愈时间、护理时数及抗生素使用时间短于对照组,换药及更换被服次数少于对照组(均P < 0.05).结论 使用自行研发的VAC治疗难愈性伤口,能有效缩短治愈时间,提高治疗效果,减轻患者的经济负担,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the application of self-designed closed negative pressure drainage on refractory wounds. Methods Thirty five patients with refractory wounds from September 2006 to May 2008 were divided into the control group, while 35 cases from June 2008 to December 2010 were divided into the experiment group. The wounds in the control group were treated with hydropathic compress of Iodophors and the wounds of the patients in the experiment group with self-designed closed negative pressure drainage. The two groups were compared in regard to the curative effect and the clinical indexes. Result The wound healing rate in the experiment group was higher and the healing time was shorter than those in the control group, and the time for antibiotic use and the time for nursing were shorter and the alterations of beddings and dressings were less frequently than those of the control group. Conclusion The self-designed closed negative pressure drainage for treating the refractory wounds may shorten treatment duration, improve the curative effects, and lighten the economic burden on patients, so it deserves clinical expansion.
