糖尿病志愿者同伴教育在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨糖尿病志愿者同伴教育在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的作用.方法 将84例糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各42例,两组患者均采用多媒体幻灯的讲课方式,组织住院患者集体听课,出院后每月组织集体活动;实验组在以上教育基础上,由糖尿病俱乐部中招募志愿者并进行培训,考核合格后参与病房、门诊及家庭访视一体化糖尿病患者健康教育服务.比较干预前及干预后6个月两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobinA1c,HbAlc)及患者自护行为能力情况.结果 干预后实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbAlc控制方面明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后实验组患者各项自护行为能力明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.001).结论 糖尿病志愿者同伴教育对帮助2型糖尿病患者提高自护行为能力有促进作用,使患者的血糖控制更理想,其是糖尿病患者健康教育的有益方式.%Objective To investigate the effect of peer support of the diabetic volunteers on the health education for type 2 diabetes. Methods 84 diabetic patients were divided into the experiment group (n = 42) and the controll group (n = 42) randomly. All diabetic inpatients took part in powerpoint watching and the collective activities every month after they left hospital and the volunteers in the experiment group were recruited from the diabetes club and trained. When they were qualified after training, they were provided with the integrated diabetes education from the hospital and the community. The control group just received the conventional education. The two groups were compared in terms of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb) and self-care capacity. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, GHb and self-care capacity in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusions The mode of peer support from diabetic volunteers may help type 2 diabetes patients to improve self-care capacity and blood glucose control. Therefore, the establishment of diabetic volunteer groups can provide a useful way of peer support for diabetic patients.
