标准化工作流程在消毒供应中心管理中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized work flow-sheet on the quality control of the sterilization and supply center.Methods The risky factors in the center were investigated,followed by standardizing the work flow-sheet for washing,sterilizing and distributing.Result The checkout rates of sterilized instruments and articles after standardizing the flow-sheet were 100%.Conclusion Application of standardized work flow-sheet in quality control of the sterilization and supply center is good for improved effectiveness and quality and ensured checkout of sterilized instruments and articles.%目的 通过标准化流程管理,提高器械和物品消毒质量.方法 调查消毒供应中心风险因素,针对风险因素制订物品清洗、消毒灭菌、发放等环节质量管理的标准化工作流程.结果 实施标准化工作流程后,器械和物品灭菌合格率均为100.0％.结论 在消毒供应中心管理中实施标准化流程管理,可提高工作效率和质量,确保器械和物品灭菌合格率.
