社区护理人员培训的实施及效果评价

摘要

Objective To explore the contents and modes of community nursing training and improve community care quality.Methods The training course and assessment standard were worked out according to practical work in community health service centers,including basic nursing skills,community first aid skills,hospital infection control skills,preventive health care skills and community document management skills.Toally 58 nurses from 11 community health service centers were trained for 36 hours from January to June,2016 and tested before and after training to assess the effect of training.Result After training,the scores on all skills were significantly higher than those before training (all P＜0.01).Conclusion Regular and practical training and management are the guarantee for the improvement of the community care quality.%目的 探讨社区护理培训的内容及培训模式,提高社区护理服务质量.方法 根据社区卫生服务的工作实际设计社区护理人员培训课程及考核评价标准,课程采用理论讲授与现场操作相结合的方法,于2016年1月至6月对本院11家社区健康服务中心的护理人员58名进行基础护理技能、社区常见急救技能、医院感染控制技能、预防保健护理技能、社区资料管理技能5方面进行培训,培训时间共计36学时.培训前后比较各项目考核成绩.结果 培训前后社区护理人员各项目考核成绩比较,均P＜0.01,差异具有统计学意义,培训后社区护理人员各项目考核成绩明显优于培训前.结论 根据社区卫生服务的工作实际,制订并实施科学合理的社区护理人员培训,提高了社区护理人员对社区卫生服务各模块工作内容的掌握情况,达到教育的目的.
