地黄微型饮片制备工艺

     

摘要

Objective:To establish the preparation process of Rehmanniae Radix micro slices.Method:The orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of cutting mode, particle size and drying temperature on the processing technology, the comprehensive score of yield、flow time and decocting rate of effective components in Radix Rehmanniae was served as indexes.Results:The best cutting process of Radix Rehmanniae was as follows:crude drug was cutting in the mode of crosscut combined with length cutting, particle size was 0.3-0.4 mm3 and drying temperature was 80℃, the liquidity and decocting rate were higher than those of traditional slices.Conclusion:The optimized cutting technology of Radix Rehmanniae is reasonable and feasible.It can provide a reference for the research of micro slices.It is more suitable for automatic dispensing and decocting equipment.%目的:建立具有高流动、高煎出特征的地黄微型饮片的制备工艺.方法:采用正交试验的方法, 以切制方式、粒径、干燥温度为考察因素, 以成品率、流动时间及活性成分煎出率为考察指标, 对地黄微型饮片的切制工艺进行优化.结果:地黄药材以纵切加横切的方式, 切制成0.3~0.4 mm3的小丁块, 并以80℃烘干, 其动性和煎出率优于常规地黄饮片.结论:地黄微型饮片切制工艺合理可行, 更适用于饮片自动调剂及煎煮设备.
