果药兼用型欧李的保健功能与药理作用研究进展

摘要

Chinese dwarf cherry [Cerasus humilis (Bge.) Sok.],as a typical representative of fruit medicine dualpurpose type,is health-care fruit which unique to China,and its kernel is Pruni Semen medicine.This paper reviewed the health value of flesh and pharmacological action of kernel in C.humilis.Healthy value of polyphenols,minerals,aminobutyric acid,nerve acid,and pharmacological effect of amygdalin,prunuside A,afzelin have been commented emphatically.Some problems have also been put forward in this paper.Finally,research prospects of healthy effect and pharmacological effect depth mining,efficacy variety breeding,comprehensive development,muhidisciplinary cooperation were discussed.%欧李作为果药兼用型的典型代表,其果实为我国所特有的保健水果,其种仁是郁李仁药材的主要来源.本文综述了欧李果肉的保健功能及其种仁的药理作用,重点评述了多酚、矿物质、γ-氨基丁酸、神经酸等成分的保健功能,以及苦杏仁苷、郁李仁苷A、阿福豆苷等主要药效成分的药理作用,并提出了存在的主要问题.从保健功能与药理作用的深度挖掘、功能品种的选育、综合开发、多学科合作等方面进行了展望.
