超深碳酸盐岩储层水平段复合暂堵酸压工艺应用研究

         

摘要

Sichuan YB gas field super deep carbonatite reservoir has the characteristics of high temperature, high sulfur, strong physical property and anisotropism.Conventional and general acid fracturing technology acid liquor flows to I-type high permeability zone, and low permeability zone is difficult to obtain acid liquor transformation.At the same time, limited by naked eye and liner tube well completion method,the choice of segmented transformation process is limited greatly.Directing at compound temporary plug segmented acid fracturing technology, we choose preferentially three kinds of temporary plugging agent with the characteristics of high temperature resistence and high pressure difference, which can respectively realize the high-efficiency temporary plugging for matrix substrate, microfracture and artificial crack.At the same time, considering overall the horizontal fracture pressure,drilling fluid leakage pressure and conditions of reservoir physical property to get the technology of compound temporary plug acid fracturing optimization design.The field application shows that temporary plugging agent can realize effective blocking off and acid liquor diversion with withstand voltage of more than 10 mpa;Compound temporary plug segmented acid fracturing technology effectively promote the effective transformation and off-take potential employ, which has an obvious yield increase.%文章针对复合暂堵分段酸压工艺,优选了耐高温、高压差的三类暂堵剂,分别可实现对基质、微裂缝及人工裂的高效暂堵,形成了复合暂堵酸压优化设计技术。现场应用表明,暂堵剂可实现有效封堵和酸液转向,耐压10MPa以上;复合暂堵分段酸压工艺有效促进了高渗透率级差水平段的有效改造与产能动用,增产效果显著。
