介绍了用热分析方法测评液态金属质量的技术进展以及计算机和人工智能在热分析液态金属质量测评中的应用情况.指出基于冷却曲线特征值的热分析技术存在的不足,提出一种基于冷却曲线模式识别技术的液态金属熔体质量测评方法,实现了铸铁熔体质量的综合测评、蠕铁铁液蠕化效果的炉前定量测评和厚大断面球墨铸铁件石墨畸变的在线预测.%A review was conducted to the progress of using thermal analysis technique to test and judge the molten metal quality,as well as the application of computer and artificial intelligence in thermal analysis technique of the molten metal quality test and judgement. The shortage existing in the traditional thermal analysis technique which was basing on the eigenvalues of the cooling curve was pointed out,and a new molten metal quality test and judgement method which is basing on the identifying technique of the cooling curve mode was proposed and so that the comprehensive test and jugdement of the cast iron melt quality could be realized, the in-production site fast quantitative test and jugdement of the vermicularizing effect of vermicular iron melt could be realized, as well as, the on-line forecast of graphite degeneration of the heavy section nodular iron castings also could be realized.
