烤包器的自然通风设计及应用

             

摘要

比较了烤包器的2种常用排风方式——柜式排烟风机和排烟轴流风机的优缺点,分析了烤包器采用自然通风的可行性.通过对热空气产生的热压、接受式抽风罩和自然通风风帽的参数计算,以及管道阻力核算,认为烤包器完全可以通过自然通风的方式满足工艺排风的要求.生产结果证明,采用自然通风既可以节省投资,又能减少运行成本.%The advantage and shortage of two smoke exhaust types used for ladle baker was compared:exhausting with the smoke discharge fan and exhausting with axial-flow fan. The feasibility of using the natural ventilation for the ladle baker was analyzed. By calculating the hot air generated-thermal pressure, parameters of accepting type extraction cover, parameters of natural ventilation cover,as well as the pipeline resistance, it was considered that it's completely possible to use the natural ventilation to meet the exhaust requirement of the ladle-baking process. The application in production showed that adopting natural ventilation not only saved investment,and also reduced its running cost
