DCS在铁型覆砂铸造生产线上的应用

摘要

介绍了铁型覆砂铸造生产线的特点及集散控制系统(DCS)的主要特征,叙述了生产线控制系统设计的原则及控制功能要求,最后对实际生产运行的铁型覆膜砂铸造生产线的应用进行了说明,并指出了铁型覆砂铸造机械化、自动化生产线存在的主要问题.实践表明:将DCS引入到铁型覆砂铸造机械化自动化生产线中,简化了控制系统,节约了制作成本,大大降低了生产线的运行成本,提高了生产线的效率,对于提升铸造业的装备水平以及铁型覆砂铸造技术的推广应用有着积极的促进作用.%The characteristics of the resin sand-coated iron mold casting production line and the main features of the collector-distributor control system (DCS) were introduced.The design principles and requirements of the control functions were described.Finally,the application of the resin sand-coated iron mold casting production line used in practical production was explained,and the main problems existing in the mechanized-automated sand-coated iron mold production line were pointed out.Practice showed:introduction of DCS into the mechanized-automated sand-coated iron mold production line simplified the control system,economized manufacturing cost,and obviously decreased the running cost of the production line,elevated efficiency of the production line,and acted positive promotion effect to elevate the equipments level of the foundry industry and popularization and application of the sand-coated iron mold casting technique.
