烤烟密集烤房群无线集中监控系统的设计与应用

摘要

In order to meet the central control and the special management need in the process of the bulk curing barn,a wireless monitoring administraion system was designed and applicated for the cluster barn.Based on wireless information platform,the local data collection and long-distance wireless transmission were implemented,the real time management and feedback control of the barn was completed.It proved that the management efficiency was improved over 2-fold,Because it cold implement the optimal baking process,the quality was improveed of tobacco curing.%针对烟叶密集烘烤过程的特殊管理要求,设计烟叶烤房群烘烤过程无线监控管理系统。该系统利用无线控制拓扑通讯技术,实现密集烘烤过程数据现场采集、远程无线传输和对烤房群的实时管理和反馈控制。应用效果表明：该系统能使密集烤房群管理效率提高2倍多,同时能够落实最优的烘烤工艺,提高烟叶整体烘烤质量。
