连翘嫩枝扦插技术研究

摘要

Softwood Gutting technology of Forsythia s uspensa（Thunb. ） vahl. was studied.The results showed that using 500 mg/L indole acetic acid w to deal with the cuttings of Forsythia s uspensa （Thunb.）vahl., the survival rate could reach 90.5%.Compared with other breeding methods, softwood cutting had following characteristics, such as labor-saving, time-saving, high survived rate and fast growth.At the same time, softwood cuttings could breed outside the Spring Festival period, and it was a better parent to maintain the good traits in the seed production.%进行连翘嫩枝扦插技术研究，结果表明：连翘嫩枝扦插时采用500mg/L吲哚乙酸处理插穗，成活率可达到90．5％；连翘嫩枝扦插方法与其他繁殖方法相比，具有省工、省时、成活率高、苗木生长快的特点，同时具有补充在春节以外时段繁殖的优势．能较好地保持母本的优良性状。
