绩溪县茶叶专业合作社效益及制约因素分析

摘要

利用安徽省绩溪县茶叶专业合作社调查数据，分析当前的茶叶专业合作组织的运营效益．结果表明茶叶专业合作组织的运营经济效益和社会效益的外部性正效益明显，但现行的合作组织的原则和组织结构制约了茶叶专业合作组织运营效益的发挥。据此提出为提升茶叶专业合作社效益，应在考虑其成员特征和对市场环境的适应性的基础上对其进行演化。%Through the survey data of the tea professional cooperation in Jixi County, benefit of the tea professional cooperation organization was analyzed. The results showed that great economic benefit and social benefit were obvious but the cooperation organization principles and structure affected the operating efficiency at present.lt' s proposed that the tea professional cooperation should be evolution in consideration of its member' s characteristics and the market environment adaptability.
