研究绿萝在自来水培养、营养液培养和基质培养3种培养方法下的生长情况,比较和测定植株新生叶片大小和数量、叶片的叶绿素含量等指标。结果表明:营养液培养的绿萝叶绿素总含量为2.005 mg/g,显著高于基质培养(1.493 mg/g)和自来水培养(1.428 mg/g)的效果,但三者叶片颜色基本无差别;除此之外,新生叶片的数量和大小等指标在3种培养方法中均无显著差异。由此表明家居绿萝水培选择自来水进行培养能保证绿萝的正常生长且管理简单。%Epipremnum aureum was cultured in soilless solid medium,nutrition liquid and tap water.The length and width of leaives,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were analyzed.The results showed the total chlorophyll in Epipremnum aureum cultured in nutrition liquid(2.005 mg/g)was marked higher than those of both solid medium(1.493 mg/g)and tap water(1.428 mg/g).However,it was difficult to differentiate the leaf color in the three culture methods.There were no apparente difference in the number of new leaves,length and width of fully expanded leaf in the three culture methods.These results indicated that Epipremnum aureum could normally grow in tap water.
