2013年10月至2014年11月采用问卷调查的方式,对贵州省铜仁市主城区的181家餐饮企业进行了抽样调查,了解餐厨垃圾的产生情况、收运和处理现状,分析了铜仁市餐饮业餐厨垃圾处理中存在市民环保意识不强、收集处置不规范、监管体系及市场机制尚未建立等问题,并针对各原因提出相应的对策。%The questionnaire survey was conducted from Oct.2013 to Nov.2014 ,in order to understand the current status of the food wastes in Tongren City of Guizhou Province.There were 181 restaurants answered the survey questions on the producing ,recycling and treatment of food wastes. The results showed that there were some problems that including absence of public awareness ,non-standard collection and treatment ,none of market mechanism. At last ,the solution strategies were provided.
