驻马店市农村用水安全现状与对策

摘要

Rural water security is an important livelihood project,which direct relates to people’s physical and psychological health. Since the flood season in 2014,Henan Province has been suffering the worst’drought in summer’ in 63 years,and the actual situation that drinking water for people,livestock and crops is extremely scarce in multiple local of Zhumadian City,the current situation of water supply in rural areas of Zhumadian City was carefully studied. In view of the status of water supply and demand in rural areas of Zhumadian City,the countermeasures to solve the problems of rural water safety were put forword,such as the construction of rural water supply safety engineering,scientific planning and development of the centralized water supply project.%保障农村用水安全是一项重大的民生工程，直接关系到人民群众的身心健康。鉴于2014年汛期以来，河南省遭遇了63年来最严重的“夏旱”，以及驻马店市多地出现人畜饮水困难、粮食绝收的实际情况，对驻马店市农村供水现状进行了深入研究。针对目前驻马店市农村用水供需现状，提出了解决农村用水安全问题的对策，即兴建农村供水安全工程，科学规划与发展集中供水工程。
