张掖市无证生产玉米种子行为多发原因及对策

摘要

分析了张掖市无证生产玉米种子行为多发原因以及查处该行为存在的困难和问题，并提出玉米制种产业可持续发展对策。%Reasons of multiple unlicensed production of maize seed in Zhangye City ,and existing difficulties and problems in investigating and punishing the behavior were analyzed ,the sustainable development countermeasures of maize seed industry were also put forward.
