林木采伐管理存在的问题与对策

摘要

对林木采伐管理存在的问题进行了分析，主要面临过度采伐、政策落实不到位、调查设计存在缺陷以及管理机制模式不适应等问题，并分别提出了完善林木采伐管理的相应对策，以有效保护、合理利用森林资源，实现森林资源的可持续发展。%The present problems in forest logging management were analyzed,mainly facing several problems such as excessive logging,unavailable policy implementation,defects in survey and design,inadaptation of management mode,etc. Corresponding countermeasures improving forest cutting management were put forward,so as to effectively protect and rational utilize forest resources,and to realize the sustainable development of forest resources.
