干旱胁迫对超高产大豆品种产量形成的影响

         

摘要

盆栽试验条件下,以超高产大豆品种新大豆1号、中黄35号、铁丰31号、普通大豆品种铁丰33号为试验品种,分别在R1-R2、R3-R4、R5-R6期进行干旱胁迫处理,并测定不同生育时期干旱胁迫条件下各品种的根系活力、根系干重、节数、单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重及产量等。结果表明:不同生育时期干旱胁迫处理都会降低超高产大豆品种的根系活力和根系干重,干旱胁迫对铁丰31号超高产大豆品种的根系活力和干重影响最小,对普通品种铁丰33号的影响最大,各品种根系活力和干重均在R4期达到最大值后开始下降,普通品种铁丰33号下降的速度最快;不同生育时期干旱胁迫对超高产大豆品种产量形成的影响有所不同,全生育期均表现抗旱的超高产品种为铁丰31号,而各超高产大豆品种在不同生育时期对干旱胁迫的响应有所不同,超高产大豆品种的抗旱能力强于普通大豆品种。%Under the condition of potted plant,the test materials were the super-high-yield soybean varieties including the new soybean No.1,Zhonghuang35,Tiefeng31 and the ordinary soybean varieties Tiefeng33.Through the drought stress with them in the period of R1-R2,R3-R4 and R5-R6 to menstruate the data such as the root activity,the dry weight of root,the nodes of main stem,the pod number per plant,the seed number per plant,the hundred grain weight and the production in different growth period.The result showed that the drought stress could reduce the root activity and dry weight of root of the super-high-yield soybean varieties.It was the lowest to effect for the root activity and dry weight of root of Tiefeng31 with the drought stress.It was the maximal to effect for the Tiefeng33 in different growth period.After all varieties of the root activity and dry weight achieve maximal value in period of R4,they start to reduce,the decreasing speed of the Tiefeng 33 was the fastest;The drought stress in different growth period what were different on effect for the production of the super-high-yield soybean varieties,the Tiefeng31 was the drought tolerant super-high-yield soybean varieties in every growth period,other super-high-yield soybean varieties respond differently with the drought stress in different growth period,but the super-high-yield soybean varieties was better than the ordinary soybean varieties on drought-resistant ability.
