虚拟运营商与基础电信业务经营者的竞合策略研究

随着移动互联网时代的到来，虚拟运营商作为电信行业发展不断开放和成熟、细分市场需求逐渐清晰之下的产物，原来的三家运营商垄断的局面逐渐演变为多方博弈的竞争格局。通过对国内虚拟运营商与基础电信业务经营者合作的环境进行分析，以及对国外虚拟运营商与基础电信业务经营者合作的案例进行深入的剖析，逐步探索出虚拟运营商与基础电信业务经营者双赢的合作策略，旨在为我国移动通信市场可持续发展提供有效的参考和支持。%With the advent of the era of mobile internet, the virtual network operator was the product of the telecom industry’s development, continuous openness and maturity, as the subdivided market demand became clear, the original three-operator monopoly situation evolved into the game of multi-party competition. This paper analyzed the domestic cooperate environment of the virtual network operator and basic telecommunication business operators with in-depth analysis of the foreign cooperation cases, and then gradually explored the win-win cooperation strategy, aiming at providing effective reference and support to the sustainable development of mobile communication market of our country.
