超高速涡轮叶片失效分析及改进研究

         

摘要

超高速涡轮泵是超高速整体式燃气液压能源系统的关键部件,也是唯一做超高速运转的核心部件。在其研究试验过程中,发生了多次涡轮叶片失效故障。针对该失效形式,对涡轮叶片进行深入的静强度及动强度分析后,提出一种叶片优化设计改进方法,并通过多次试验考核,验证了该项改进的可行性和正确性。%  Super-high-speed turbo-pump is a key component of integrated gas-hydraulic energy system, as well as a core part which is unique for high speed operation. The plasticity index of the turbine rotor billet for forging was miserably bad. In order to verify the availability, three samples were processed for experimental investigation. The results show that breaking failures occur in blades of all the samples. The improvement methods for blade optimization were provided, which are drawn from dynamic intensity analysis, static intensity analysis and vibration analysis.
