Based on the software AMESim, the inner movement regulation and the movement relationship of the elements is studied. And a noncontact measure method is used to measure the stem's velocity to verify the simulation result. The results show that:the valve stem has a greater speed of movement when the pneumatic valve is opening, and the stem will collide with push rod that brings harm to stem or push rod.%基于AMESim仿真分析软件,对气动阀门内部的运动规律、阀门内部零组件相互运动关系进行了研究,并采取了非接触测量方法,测量了阀门内部阀杆运动速度,确定了仿真分析的正确性.结果表明:气动阀门在打开瞬间,阀杆会有较大的运动速度,并可能发生顶杆与阀杆的反向碰撞问题,给顶杆或阀杆带来损伤.
