The leakage detection of gas drainage pipeline has extremely important practical significance for the improvement of the drained gas concentration in a coal mine. This paper described a new gas drainage pipeline leakage detector based on the ultrasonic theory,and the detector was used for the leakage detection of the gas drainage pipeline network in Wangpo Mine. The application results indicated that this leakage detector can accurately locate the leakage source of the gas drainage pipeline and its detection accuracy can meet the requirements for leakage detection of gas drainage pipeline network in coal mines. This leakage detector can provide technical support for improving the drained gas concentration and guaranteeing the safety of underground gas drainage pipeline network.%抽采管网的泄漏检测对于提高煤矿井下抽采瓦斯浓度有着极其重要的现实意义。介绍了一种基于超声波原理开发的新型抽采管网泄漏检测仪,并运用该检漏仪对王坡煤矿井下瓦斯抽采管网进行泄漏检测,应用结果表明:该新型检漏仪能够准确定位抽采管路泄漏源位置,其检测精度能够满足煤矿现场的需要,为提高煤矿井下抽采瓦斯浓度以及保障井下瓦斯输运管网安全提供了技术支撑。
