一种基于LabVIEW的瓦斯焚烧综合监控系统

摘要

针对目前瓦斯焚烧系统自动化程度低、可靠性差等问题，提出一种基于LabVIEW的瓦斯焚烧综合监控系统。该监控系统集成了地面火炬焚烧监控系统、瓦斯输送安全监控系统、瓦斯掺混监控系统、自动点火系统，可实现对瓦斯焚烧过程中的远程监控。研究结果表明，该监控系统提高了瓦斯焚烧系统的安全性、可靠性，并能降低瓦斯处理成本，延长设备使用寿命，具有较好的经济效益。%In view of the Problems of the low automation degree and Poor reliability of the existing gas burning system,an integrated monitoring system for gas burning based on LabVIEW was ProPosed. This monitoring system integrated with the ground torch burning monitoring system,gas transPortation safety monitoring system,gas mixing monitoring system and automatic ignition system to achieve the remote monitoring of gas burning Process. The research results indicated that this monitoring system imProved the security and reliability of the gas burning system,reduced the cost of gas treatment and extended the service life of equiPment, so it has better economic benefits.
