By taking the fully mechanized heading face of 20105 auxiliary haulage way in a coal mine of Shanxi Huajin Energy Co. , Ltd. , as the research object and using the methods of numerical simulation and field measurement, the dust concentration distribution in the heading face was obtained, the dust migration law in the process of coal cutting by the tunneling machine was analyzed and summarized. Corresponding measures such as water infusion in seam, high-pressure outer water spraying, regulating duct location, dust collector and dust capture net were proposed for comprehensive dust control. The site application results showed that the total dust suppression efficiency at the operator position and in the place 10m behind the tunneling machine respectively reached 96. 2% and 98. 2%.%选取山西中煤华晋某煤矿20105辅助运输巷综掘工作面作为研究对象,采用数值模拟和现场测试两种方法得到了生产作业时掘进工作面的粉尘浓度分布,并分析总结出综掘机割煤产尘的运移规律。提出采用煤层注水、高压外喷雾、调整风筒位置、控尘和除尘器抽尘净化、布置捕尘网等措施,进行粉尘综合治理,现场应用结果表明,掘进机司机处及机身后10 m处总粉尘的综合降尘效率分别达到96.2%和98.2%。
