煤矿瓦斯输送管道爆炸事故分析与探讨

摘要

为了有效预防和减少煤矿低浓度瓦斯抽采利用管道系统爆炸事故，研究了近年来国内瓦斯输送管道瓦斯爆炸事故的特点，并对造成爆炸事故的主要危险因素及其产生的主要原因进行了分析，从抽采泵站及输送管网系统的设计建设、抽采利用安全保障设施设置、安全管理等方面，提出了预防瓦斯输送管道爆炸事故综合技术方案和措施，对保证煤矿瓦斯抽采及利用系统的安全运行具有一定的指导作用。%In order to effectively prevent and reduce explosion accidents in low-concentration gas delivery pipelines in coal mines, research was carried out on the characteristics of the explosion accidents in gas delivery pipelines in our coal mines, analysis was made on the main danger factors and causes of gas explosion occurrence, comprehensive technical schemes and prevention measures for explosion accidents in gas delivery pipelines were put forward in aspects of the design and construction of gas-suction pump station and gas delivery pipeline system, the setting-up of safety facilities for gas drainage and utilization and the safety management. All of these can play a certain guiding role for ensuring the safe operation of gas drainage and utilization system in coal mines.
