采用松动爆破预压裂技术实现煤体内硫化氢气体的可控释放

         

摘要

内蒙古某煤矿041606工作面车场在采用综合机械化掘进过程中,由于煤体内赋存的硫化氢气体随掘进落煤而大量涌出,作业时硫化氢气体浓度最高超《煤矿安全规程》规定的20 倍以上,严重影响作业安全和人员身体健康. 为减少在正常掘进过程中硫化氢气体的异常涌出,通过在掘进作业过程中预先对煤体进行松动爆破预压裂,实现掘进工作面煤体内硫化氢气体的可控释放,确保了在正常掘进落煤过程中巷道内硫化氢气体浓度控制在规定范围之内.%In the fully mechanized driving process of 04160 heading face in a coal mine in Inner Mongolia, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas ( H2 S) emitted from the solid coal, and the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide gas was 20 times higher than that specified in the "Safety Regulations in Coal Mine", which seriously affects the operation safety and workers' health. In order to reduce the abnormal emission of hydrogen sulfide gas in the driving process, the measures of standing shot and pre-splitting blasting were taken to achieve the controlled release of hydrogen sulfide gas from the solid coal in the heading face, this ensured that the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide gas in the heading face can be controlled within the specified range.
