矿用缺陷圆环链的结构完整性分析

         

摘要

As the traction component of the scraper conveyor in the coal mining face, high intensity round-link chain carries large uneven loading and is required for high security. The crack-like defect is easily formed at welded joints due to the welding procedure of the round-link chain, and which is one of main factors leading to failure of the scraper conveyor during operation. In the paper, 3D elastic-plastic finite element method was used to analyze the fracture parameters of the crack-like defect at welded joints of the round-link chain, which established foundation for further understanding the influence of the structural integrity on safe operation of the round-link chain.%矿用高强度圆环链作为煤矿工作面刮板输送机的牵引链,在工作中承受了很大的不均匀载荷,安全性要求也较高。圆环链的焊接工艺使焊接接头处易产生类裂纹缺陷,而这些缺陷是造成煤矿刮板输送机工作中发生突然断链事故的重要因素之一。笔者采用三维弹塑性有限元分析方法,对圆环链焊接接头区域类裂纹缺陷的断裂参量进行了初步分析,为进一走分析研究圆环链结构完整性对矿用圆环链安全运行状况的影响奠定了基础。
