为了研究PF0807型反击式破碎机转子系统的固有频率,先对整个转子系统进行了简化,然后分别利用Solidworks和Ansys软件进行实体模型的建立和模态分析,求出了转子系统在3种不同约束状态下的主要频率,研究了轴承刚度的变化对整个转子系统固有频率的影响规律。研究结果对该型反击式破碎机转子系统转速的设计具有参考价值。%In order to study the inherent frequency of the rotor system in PF0807 impact crusher, the rotor system was simplified first, and then SolidWorks and ANSYS were applied to establish the solid model of the rotor system and conduct the modal analysis. In addition, major frequencies of the rotor system with three kinds of constraints were obtained, and the influential laws of bearing stiffness on the inherent frequency of the rotor system were studied. The study results were of reference value for designing the rotary velocity of the rotor system in the impact crusher.
