对旋式通风机叶轮流场仿真与模态分析

         

摘要

SIMPLE algorithm was combined with RNG κ-ε turbulent model to complete 3D numerical calculation of the whole flow field in a counter-rotating axial-flow fan used in collieries. The solution areas of the simulation were discrete after unstructured grids being applied. The input and output pressure served as the boundary conditions, and the model of movement reference system was used to transfer the data on the interface of flow field and stationary one. In addition, the finite element method was used to conduct the modal analysis of the previous stage of rotor, so as to abstract the vibrating frequency at various vibration shapes. Meanwhile, the distribution laws of the velocity field of the impellers were analyzed emphatically based on the simulation of the flow field in the counter-rotating axial-flow fan, and vibrating characteristics at various vibrating frequency were analyzed based on the modal analysis. The analysis results possessed significance for the structural optimization and vibration and noise control of the fan.%将SIMPLE算法与RNGκ-ε湍流模型相结合,完成了煤矿对旋式通风机全流场三维数值计算。流场仿真的求解区域采用非结构化网格进行离散,以进、出口压力为边界条件,采用运动参考系模型实现动-静交界面间的数据传递。采用有限元法完成前级转子的模态分析,提取不同振型下的振动频率。在对旋式通风机内流场仿真的基础上着重分析了叶轮区域速度场的分布规律,在模态分析基础上着重分析了不同振动频率下的振动特性。分析结果对对旋式通风机结构的优化设计及振动噪声控制具有重要参考意义。
