基于提高调速质量和节能的目的,对矿井提升机电控系统进行了改造。阐述了传统的提升机转子串电阻调速方案存在的问题,继而采用PLC和变频控制相结合的控制方案对原有电控系统进行改造,设计了控制电路,并对参数进行了设置,系统实现了调速平滑、智能显示和检修方便等性能。经工程应用证明,采用变频改造后的提升机电控系统节能效果十分理想,可为设计或使用部门对矿井提升机的改造提供借鉴。%In order to improve the speed-controlling quality and save energy, the electric control system for a mine hoist was reconstructed. Firstly the problems existing in the traditional speed control system for the mine hoist regulated by rotor and resistance being connected in series were elaborated. Then the control scheme combining PLC and frequency conversion control was proposed to reconstruct the original electric control system. In addition, the control circuit was designed, and the parameters were setup, so as to realize the smooth speed control, intelligent display and convenient maintenance. Engineering application showed that the reconstructed electric control system had premium energy saving effects, which could offer references for design and employment departments to reconstruct the mine hoist.
