针对矿井救生舱实体抗爆试验成本高、设计周期长等缺点,笔者利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了矿井救生舱的三维实体模型,并以ABAQUS软件为分析平台,对矿井救生舱的抗爆性能进行了数值模拟,得到了在冲击载荷作用下应力和应变随时间的变化规律.计算结果表明,在2.0 MPa的冲击载荷作用下,该矿井救生舱具有较高的抗爆性能,可以满足强度和刚度要求,与现场试验结果吻合.%In view of some shortcomings of traditional explosion-resistant test for the rescue chamber,such as long production period and high cost,3D solid model of a rescue chamber was established in Pro/E,and its explosion-resistant performance was numerically simulated in ABAQUS.Thus the variation laws of stress and strain in impact loading mode with time were obtained.The calculation results showed that the rescue chamber possessed high explosion-resistant performance at impact loading of 2.0 MPa.The strength and stiffness met requirements and accorded with field test data.
