气体压力脉动激励下罗茨鼓风机壳体振动响应

         

摘要

罗茨鼓风机在工作过程中产生的振动与噪声直接影响着设备的稳定性和人员的工作环境,减小罗茨鼓风机在气体压力脉动激励下的耦合共振是其结构优化设计的内容之一.基于有限元分析的基本原理,应用ANSYS分析软件,对三叶罗茨鼓风机机壳进行预应力模态分析,得到了机壳前10阶模态的固有频率和振型.结合鼓风机壳体内气体压力脉动特征,分析了可能出现的耦合共振频率,为鼓风机壳体的优化设计提供了依据.%The vibration and noise generated from the Roots blower during operation process directly affects the stability of the equipment and the working surroundings of the worker,thus the reduction of the coupling resonance of the Roots blower with pulse excitation of gas pressure was one of the structural optimization design items.Based on the basic principle of EFA,ANSYS was applied to conduct pre-stressed modal analysis on the casing of the three-blade Roots blower,and the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the preceding ten orders of the casing were obtained.In combination with the pressure pulsation features of the gas inside the casing,the probable coupling resonance frequency was analyzed,which offered reference for the optimization design of the casing of the Roots blower.
