为了更加有效地减少大型振动筛在工作时传递给地基的动载荷,本文在二次隔振振动系统基础上,提出了附加吸振器的大型振动筛隔振系统,并建立了三自由度数学模型.相比于二次隔振系统,动力学仿真结果表明,附加吸振器隔振系统在降低隔振体质量的同时,还能够减小隔振系统传递的动载荷,能够更好满足场地对载荷的规范性要求.附加吸振器的大型振动筛隔振系统结构简单,易于实现,有较好的应用价值.%To effectively reduce the dynamic load of the large-scale vibration screen transmitting to the foundation during operation, based on two-stage vibration isolation system, the paper proposed a vibration isolation system with vibration absorber, and built 3-DOF mathematical model. Compared with the two-stage vibration isolation system, dynamic simulation results showed the application of the vibration isolation system with vibration absorber not only reduced the mass of the vibration isolator but decreased the dynamic load transmitted from the vibration isolation system, which was helpful for meeting the requirement of the field load. The vibration isolation system with vibration absorber for the large-scale vibrating screen was characterized by simple structure, easiness of implementation and excellent application value.
