高硫铬铁矿冶炼高碳铬铁的工艺研究

     

摘要

用直流电弧炉对高硫铬铁矿冶炼高碳铬铁工艺进行实验室研究.结果表明在一定的温度下,炉渣碱度对铬铁产品的含硫量有明显影响.在1780℃时的理论较佳碱度为1.5,过高或过低的碱度,脱硫能力都会下降.在相同条件下,温度越高,铬铁产品的铬含量和回收率也越高,最佳温度范围为1750~ 1800℃.在1780℃下,焦炭加入量最佳范围12%~15%.若低于12%,铬铁的还原回收率低于90%;高于15%,铬铁的硫含量超过0.06%.用含硫0.12%的铬铁矿在最佳条件下冶炼,获得含Cr62.78%,S0.040%,P 0.040%的铬铁产品.%Experimental study of smelting high-carbon ferrochrome by high-sulfur chromite with DC electric arc furnace is implemented, which shows under certain temperature, the slag basicity has a significant effect to the sulfur content of chromite product. Under temperature of 1780℃ , the optimized basicity is 1.5. No matter higher or lower basicity than 1.5, the desulfurizing capacity will decrease. Under the same situation, the higher smelting temperature is, the higher chrome content of ferrochrome products and recovery rate are, and the best temperature range is from 1750℃ to 1800℃. Under the temperature of 1780℃ , the optimum coke addition amount range covers from 12% to 15%. If coke addition amount is blow 12% , the reduction recovery rate of ferrochrome product will be lower than 90% ; if coke dosage exceeds 15% , sulfur content will exceed 0. 06% . Under the optimum operating condition and using chromite with 0. 12% sulfur content, the high-carbon ferrochrome product is obtained with Cr grade 61. 78% , S 0. 040% , and P 0. 065%.
